Our Victory StoneWood models boast a range of extra homely features. It isn’t just inside that makes your #happystays!  The deluxe wrap around decking offers buckets of space for outdoor dining and relaxation. We also offer pet friendly caravans at both Hilltop and Castlewood Holiday Park. Simply select a dog friendly unit when you’re booking  your #happystay and your four legged furry BFF can join in the #happystays memory making.

What To Bring

Our caravans for hire are self-catering,  so there will be a few bits which you’ll need to bring with you for your holiday. Things like washing up items, bin liners and general cleaning items for those on a longer holiday #happystay. Of course you’ll need your personal holiday belongings.. But don’t worry, if you forget something, don’t worry as there are local shops & supermarkets just 5 mins away

Booking your #Happystay

You can book online or by email at any time, or by calling us during office hours.

At the time of booking full contact details are required and payment in full must be made in person. Cash and debit/credit cards are accepted

Please Note

  • Prices are based on 4 adults / or 2 adults + 3 kids sharing.
  • Hot tubs can be added on at time of booking for duration of your stay for carvans for hire at all holiday parks & our cabins at Castlewood.
  • If you decide to upgrade before your arrival please contact reception@blairsholidayparks.com so we can arrange this for you.
  • Prices are based on 2 night minimum for all caravan for hire #happystays.
  • Bookings can be secured by a deposit for all self-catering accommodation £50 for Geo Domes,  £100 for cabins, £200 for caravans for hire.
  • Final balances must be paid 4 weeks in advance of arrival date.
  • Bookings made for Easter, NW200 must be paid for in full at time of booking.
  • Refundable deposits are required as part of our online check in process for all self catering accommodation. £250 for caravans for hire, £100 for cabins and £50 for camping, geo domes & touring.
  • Pre Authorised Refundable deposits will be released, provided everything is found to be in good order 3-5 working days after your #happystays departure. *

FAQ's

We now offer pet friendly caravans for hire. Our geo domes camping cabins, as well as our camp site and touring/ motorhome sites are also pet friendly.

Simply add in the number of dogs you are bringing (maximum two per caravan) when you search for your holiday to show all available pet-friendly accommodation.

Please note, our pet friendly caravans for hire are separate from our non pet friendly caravans and if you are affected by allergies and wish to discuss this with a member of our team, please contact us on 028 7082 3537.

We don’t accept dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act which are: Pit Bull Terrier, XL Bully, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa.

If we have availability we are more than happy for you to extend your holiday. Please call the our team prior to your arrival, and we will most certainly be able to help you!

Local Tourism NI offices are located in Portrush and Antrim too! You can visit here (https://discovernorthernireland.com/whats-on ) as a handy place to find out what is on to help you plan your trip!

All of our Holiday Parks in Portrush are located within 5min or less drive to Lidl in Portrush, as well as a verity of local amenities. Our guests can also drive a little further to Coleraine to visit the main big brand supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, and Lidl.

Castlewood Holiday Park, Antrim is located less than 5 min or less drive from local shopping outlet Junction One . Our guests have an Asda and Lidl nearby, as well as local eateries and all other amenities in the town centre & its shopping outlet, Castle Mall

This year, we are excited to welcome Truva to our Hilltop Holiday Park, Portrush. Truva will be located next to our Main Office, top of the carpark at Hilltop Holiday Park. Truva will be serving delicious take- away items such as fresh made Mediterranean delights overlooking the glorious River Bann. Burgers, Wraps, Falafel, salads. Vegan & Vegetarian, Gluten Free.

We have fantastic play parks at all of your Holiday Park Destinations.

At Hilltop Holiday Park, we also have a ‘Hub’ Sweet Shop, located next to the play park which is open at varying times of the season, as well as a small family fun arcade. This arcade has token operated pool tables, video games, a few crane machines, a well as air hockey- suitable for all ages

At Castlewood Holiday Park, we are delighted that our High Ropes Course Castlewood Tree Top Adventure is on park to entertain all family members from 5 years +. We offer great discount for all our Castlewood Holiday Park Guests who are brave enough to take on our 40 tantalising tree top aerial obstacles!

We do not offer electric hook up at our camp site. There are electric charging points in the touring toilet facilities

All of our caravans for hire have either a gas fire or electric heater in the lounge area, as well as central heating.

Nights can be chilly at certain times of the year, so if you feel the cold or have young children, you may wish to bring an extra blanket or duvet.

Our geo domes and camping cabins come equipped with one electric heater.

We know it’s not always possible to squeeze everything you need into your car. That’s why we have a range of hire goods available which you can add to your booking.

From cots to high chairs and even extra linen- you can add this to your booking at any time when should you require something last minute- we will try and help when our offices are open to do so.

You will either have a space next to your accommodation or in a communal area a short distance away.

Caravans for hire will have space for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Geo Domes, Camping cabins, and touring customer will have space for one vehicle only next to your tent, tourer, geo dome or cabin. Other vehicles will be require to park in main carparks or over flow carparks close to your accommodation.

There is a 10mph speed limit across the park, allowing for a safe and relaxing environment.

The lead-up to your holiday is always exciting and we don’t want you to forget anything, so here’s a useful little checklist:

Washing-up bits; including cloths and washing-up liquid, for our cabins and geo-domes.

We provide a wash-up starter kit in our caravans for hire to get you going, but you may wish to bring extra.

Bed Linen and runners are included in our caravans for hire, as well as dog cover for couches in our pet friendly accommodation

You will need to bring bed linen/sleeping bags, pillows and towels for our camping cabin #happystays, as well as camping mats, for our geo dome #happstays

Towels, tea towels and oven gloves are included in our caravans for hire- you may need to bring these items for your touring, camping cabin and geo dome #happystays

Toilet rolls (to get you started) and toiletries are provided in our caravans for hire, but you will need these in our camping cabins and geo domes.

A Hairdryer is provided in our caravans for hire and there are hair dryers located in our camping cabin & touring/campsite site w/c facilities.

Your personal holiday belongings

An iron & ironing board can be provided on request for our caravan for hire customers.

If you forget something, don’t worry as we have shops and services located less than 5 min drive from our Hilltop Holiday Park, Portrush and our CastleWood Holiday Park, Antrim.

When you arrive at your destination holiday park, you will use your check in email to access the main information you require:

For our hire-vans & Camping Cabins- your accommodation barrier access code to your accommodation location, number, as well as key lock box code will be in your email.

For our geo domes, camping, and touring guests once you have completed check-in, your email will contain information about how to collect your keys (if you need any, your tags, your barrier card), as well as your pitch location or accommodation number.

Please read this information carefully, as it details how to gain access to start your #happystays with us.

Check-in times will have included in all your booking information

Caravan for Hire, camping cabins, and Geo Domes check in from 3 pm on the day of arrival.

Camping & Touring can check in from 12 noon on the day of arrival

Please note that should you plan to arrive outside of our office opening hours, you should call our team on 028 7082 3537 to make alternative arrangements on how you can get your tent tags, barrier cards, and other items for your #happystays with Blair’s Holiday Parks

We strongly advise that you complete your online check in process before you arrive to your holiday park destination

Once you have completed your online check in – you will receive an email with very important information with regards to your booking.

This will include the location of your chosen accommodation, your holiday home /cabin/ geo dome/ touring pitch number, a barrier code, as well as a key lock box code.

All Our self catering accommodation (Geo Domes, Cabins and Luxury hire-vans) will contain a holiday park map and the information you should need to enjoy your holiday with us.

Please note should you know that you are going to arrive outside of our office opening hours- please contact us on 028 7082 3537 so we can make arrangements to get you checked in!

This year we are offering early check in and late check outs on a limited number of our caravans for hire, as well as our camping cabins and geo domes. Please be advised that you will have to request this service as an add on at the time of your booking. There will be a minimal charge for this service.

We kindly ask all guests to vacate their holiday homes, geo domes, and camping cabins by 10 am on the day of departure.

If you are staying in our touring and/or campsite would ask that you leave your pitch around 11 am

Please note at peak times, we may come and politely knock on your door around 9.30 am to check your accommodation and to ensure that everything is as it should be before you depart.

A few things on departure

On departure, we ask that you strip your bed linen *(where applicable) and leave in the family bathroom. We hope that you leave your holiday home accommodation in a good clean condition for our next guests.

If a longer cleaning time was required to bring our holiday home up to standard for our next visitors, we will call you to discuss this and please be advised that you will incur a charge for this and may lose all or part of our security deposit charged for this. We will discuss the amount with you before any payments are deducted/ or taken.

We would also ask that you turn off all lights and heating and remove all rubbish from your accommodation and dispose at our bin bay area.

Our bin bay area is past our exit barriers on your way out of our holiday parks- this is located on our holiday park maps which can be found in your visitor handbook.

Check in times will vary depending on the type of #happystay. If you are bringing your touring caravan, or camping with us, check in time is from 12 noon

If you are staying in a Geo- dome, Camping Cabin or a Caravan for hire, check in time is from 3pm.

Please be advised that our housekeeping staff will be conducting final checks and ensuring your accommodation is in tip top condition for your arrival. We advise you not to arrive early for check in unless you have requested an early check in

You will receive a check-in email on the morning of your arrival. This is an automated email sent around 6am on the day of your arrival

You can check in online from around 11am.

The check-in process is simple and straightforward.

You will be required to enter any missing details, such as your other guest information, and your car reg, as well as completing your security deposit. All this information must be completed before you can receive your check-in details

Once you complete your online check-in prior to your arrival, you will receive an email from us that sends you your all-important barrier code * to gain access to our holiday parks, as well as your key lock box to gain access to your #happystay accommodation.

Please note Geo Domes, Touring, and Camping at Hilltop – you will receive instructions on how to get your barrier cards, how to obtain your keys from your geo dome, and/or tent/ touring tags once you complete your online check-in.

Touring at CastleWood – you will receive a barrier code and a key lock box, as well as touring pitch number.

Your lock box will also contain your electric metre top up card.

You can Check-in – before you arrive so you can enjoy your #happystay straight away!

All of our check in is now completed online so that you can arrive and enjoy your #happystays straight away!

If you are camping with us, or bring our touring caravan, you may need to pop into the office to pick up a few items like a barrier card or your tent/touring tags.

All your how to check in information will be sent to you as part of your booking

You will receive a check in email the moring of your #happystays arrival date with instructions of how to complete your online check in before you arrive to your destination holiday park.

At seasonal peak times, we are open Mon-Mon 9 am – 5 pm (March- October).

Our office’s opening hours for February, November, and December are Mon-Fri 9-5 pm, Sat 10 – 4 pm, and Sun 12 – 4 pm.

Throughout the month of January, our sites are closed, however, our office is open from Mon-Fri 9 am – 5 pm.

At Hilltop we host events and activities which suit children from 5-16 years old, from movie nights to seasonal activities such as Easter Egg Hunts, Pumpkin Carving and our Santa and Mrs Claus Experience, Hilltop Wonderland!

From March 2023- we are so excited to be opening our high ropes course – CastleWood Tree Top Adventure! All the family can swing from the trees and have a great time leaping over obstacles and zipping from great heights. And the great thing is – you don’t need to be staying at our holiday park
