2024 Insurance Admin Fee: £45 inc VAT

These Site Rent charges reflect the current increases in operational costs as a result of the rising inflation being experienced within the economy.

In addition, the company rates bill has been subject to a rates revaluation which has considerably increased the commercial rates the company is paying.
