Events and Marketing Manager, Portrush Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, energetic individual to lead a small team in our holiday park setting – delivering an excellent family events and entertainments programme for our Portrush based #happystays customers.

You will be responsible for the delivery of an entertaining calendar for all children and young people on site. Your role will also include the management of the shop kiosk activity, playground and Hub facility.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for contributing to and developing online and offline marketing campaigns to promote our diverse range of services across all our holiday park locations.

Person Specification

You will be a self-starter and ambitious, with a desire to drive continuous improvement within your areas of responsibility. You will have the ability to work well under pressure. You will possess a high level of organisational skills, have excellent interpersonal and management skills, and have a high attention to detail. You will be responsible for setting the direction of your teams day-day summer and winter works programmes, ensuring that they are driven to meeting targets, striving for continuous improvement so that all our guests, visitors and customers have great time with Blair’s Holiday Parks.
