POST SUMMARY

The experienced administrative manager  post holder will be responsible for ensuring guest expectations are exceeded from the start of their journey to the end- whether they are here for a holiday #happystay or on their way to becoming a long term #happystay holiday home owner.

You will be responsible for the small yet mighty  administration team across all our holiday parks, working in conjunction with other key departments such as cleaning, facilities, maintenance and sales to  ensure that we are meeting the needs of all our guests and customers.

You will have responsibility for all short-term bookings made across all parks, managing our booking systems, pricing structure and working with the  Senior Supporting Services Manager and Blair’s marketing team to ensure we operate at maximum occupancy.
