We are looking for someone who has the experience of cleaning, previous supervisory experience, has great organisational skills is ready to join a brand new team at CastleWood Holiday Park!

 POST SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, energetic individual to lead a small, yet mighty team and with the Cleaning Manager, be responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality service and welcoming feel / experience for all our #happystays customers.

You will be a self-starter and ambitious, with a desire to drive continuous improvement within your area. You will have the ability to work well under pressure.  You will possess a high level of organisational skills, have excellent interpersonal and management skills, and have a high attention to detail. You will be welcoming, friendly and have the ability to develop and mentor your team to drive repeat business

You will manage and motivate your team to deliver on our #happystays ethos and we know that you will enjoy doing it too!
