Craigahulliar – Site Rent 2024 £3,791

  • Early settlement discount of £200 available if paid in full via a one off direct debit payment on Monday 29th January 2024.
  • Alternative method of payment is nine monthly direct debit payments of £416/month (January to September).
  • You can also choose to pay your site fees this year over a 12 month period. 12 monthly direct debit payments of £316 (January to January).

We now offer pet friendly caravans for hire. Our geo domes camping cabins, as well as our camp site and touring/ motorhome sites are also pet friendly.

Simply add in the number of dogs you are bringing (maximum two per caravan) when you search for your holiday to show all available pet-friendly accommodation.

Please note, our pet friendly caravans for hire are separate from our non pet friendly caravans and if you are affected by allergies and wish to discuss this with a member of our team, please contact us on 028 7082 3537.

We don’t accept dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act which are: Pit Bull Terrier, XL Bully, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa.

To help make the most of your stay, there are plenty of popular places and attractions to visit in the region. We have a list of location attractions in the north coast as well as in the Antrim locality by visiting our website.

All of our Holiday Parks in Portrush are located within 5min or less drive to Lidl in Portrush, as well as a verity of local amenities. Our guests can also drive a little further to Coleraine to visit the main big brand supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, and Lidl.

Castlewood Holiday Park, Antrim is located less than 5 min or less drive from local shopping outlet Junction One . Our guests have an Asda and Lidl nearby, as well as local eateries and all other amenities in the town centre & its shopping outlet, Castle Mall

We know it’s not always possible to squeeze everything you need into your car. That’s why we have a range of hire goods available which you can add to your booking.

From cots to high chairs and even extra linen- you can add this to your booking at any time when should you require something last minute- we will try and help when our offices are open to do so.

The lead-up to your holiday is always exciting and we don’t want you to forget anything, so here’s a useful little checklist:

Washing-up bits; including cloths and washing-up liquid, for our cabins and geo-domes.

We provide a wash-up starter kit in our caravans for hire to get you going, but you may wish to bring extra.

Bed Linen and runners are included in our caravans for hire, as well as dog cover for couches in our pet friendly accommodation

You will need to bring bed linen/sleeping bags, pillows and towels for our camping cabin #happystays, as well as camping mats, for our geo dome #happstays

Towels, tea towels and oven gloves are included in our caravans for hire- you may need to bring these items for your touring, camping cabin and geo dome #happystays

Toilet rolls (to get you started) and toiletries are provided in our caravans for hire, but you will need these in our camping cabins and geo domes.

A Hairdryer is provided in our caravans for hire and there are hair dryers located in our camping cabin & touring/campsite site w/c facilities.

Your personal holiday belongings

An iron & ironing board can be provided on request for our caravan for hire customers.

If you forget something, don’t worry as we have shops and services located less than 5 min drive from our Hilltop Holiday Park, Portrush and our CastleWood Holiday Park, Antrim.

Yes, all of our holiday parks have security  and on site teams to ensure safety around the park.

We also offer out of hours assistance to our guests and owners should you require urgent assistance.

Please note, you are responsible for your possessions while staying in your holiday home, and as such, Blair’s Caravans Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.

Our parks are open 11 months of the year.

We close for 1 month in January- normally 1st January and re-open on 1st February each season.

You may occupy your holiday home throughout our 11 month season, however, we are unable to accept mail which has been addressed to you at the park.

Please remember your holiday home cannot be used as your primary residence and proof of residence will be required when you purchase.

You can keep your holiday home on our holiday parks for the duration of your licence length agreement. The licence length (also known as tenure) will be specified when you buy your caravan.

As a general guide, the tenure is usually 15 years on brand new holiday homes. Please speak to your holiday home sales advisor for more details.

We offer holiday home finance through a number of selected finance providers. Eligibility for finance is subject to status assessments and checks carried out by these providers.

Finance agreements will also require a minimum deposit of 10%.

How much is the holiday home deposit?

With our flexible caravan finance options, deposits on our holiday homes can start from just 10%. We offer a range of repayment periods so you can break down the cost of buying a caravan  into affordable monthly payments.

From Jan- Feb our offices open from Mon- Fri 9am-5pm

From March- October our offices are open Mon-Sun 9am-5pm

From November – December our offices are open Mon- Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 10-4pm, Sun 12-4pm
